Your work is delightful! I am so relieved in how different it is from mine. I was worried we would have the same sounding pieces. I see you have not soon forgoten your violin backround. Neither have I. I guess people would get bored if I only said wonderful things about what I have heard. I think the only thing I could say would be that I don't hear much pain in your work. I hear a lot of happiness which is wonderful but I seems like nothing bad ever happened to you. I can;t tell you how to live yout life but I would advice that you take some of the fear you discussed of beeing compaired to your father and use it in your music. Compose a piece based on your struggle with individuality.
Certainly I do. I have fear I just hide it behide my music. It mostly comes from my father that I hardly know, my 4 other siblings that have died before I was born, and my mother that is always watching out for us. Everytime I perform I feel like someone is always comparing me to my fathers works.
You have such amazing music! Your work is unbelievable! All you work brings be happiness, I can always assure that your music will put me in a high spirt! which is good, knowing that you had to go through the pain of losing your family.
